My true transformation began on the mist-shrouded peaks of Wudang Mountain, the sacred cradle of Taoist wisdom. While climbing through the ancient pines, I met a Taoist monk whose presence seemed as steady as the mountain itself. I asked him how to find peace in a world that never stops. He looked at me and said simply:

“The world will never be quiet. To find peace, do not try to change the world; change the frequency within yourself. You must find your anchor.”
