Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or modify or cancel an order that you have already placed.

All items in the sale category, One-Of-A-Kind Crystals and Large Crystals are final sale and cannot be returned.
Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined or stacked upon one another; only one can be used per order.
Discount codes and promotions are not valid on subscription items.
Credit Cards- We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Check and U.S. Money Orders. We do not accept Cash or Travelers Checks.

PayPal - Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Store credit and gift certificates- Of course, you can also use store credit or a gift certificate / gift code. Standard Shipping: For orders under 79.99USD, we charge a flat rate of $7.99 USD.
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $79.99 USD.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order.
Unlike standard warehouses, we treat every package with care. We use this time to energetically cleanse and inspect your crystals to ensure they arrive with pure vibrations. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
Since our items are sourced directly from artisans and ethical mines in Asia, shipping takes a bit longer than local delivery, but we promise it’s worth the wait!

Note: Delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.

While most orders arrive within our estimated 8-15 business days, international shipping can sometimes be affected by external factors such as customs clearance procedures, local postal delays, or extreme weather.

Please check your tracking link for the most up-to-date information. Often, if a package seems "stuck," it is simply being processed by customs.

Rest assured: Your order is fully protected. If you do not receive your package within 60 days, we will issue a full refund or resend it immediately.

When you receive your shipping notification email, you may see that the tracking information says the label has been created and the carrier is "awaiting item."
Your order has been handed over to the carrier but it can take a while for them to update the tracking.
Please allow 10-14 business days, and let us know if there's no further movement within that time frame.

This usually happens if the shipping address provided was incomplete (e.g., missing an apartment number) or if the carrier made multiple failed delivery attempts.

Returns

We offer a 30-Day Harmony Guarantee. If you feel that the energy of the item doesn't align with you, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Crystals are fragile energy tools, and sometimes accidents happen during transit.
Don't worry! Just snap a photo of the damaged item and email it to us immediately. We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund right away. No need to return the broken pieces.
If it's our fault (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We cover the cost.
If it's a change of mind: You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
A Note on Sustainability: As an eco-conscious brand, we encourage mindful shopping to reduce the carbon footprint of return shipping. If you are unsure about a crystal before buying, please ask us!
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund immediately. The credit will automatically apply to your original payment method within 5-7 business days (depending on your bank's processing time).
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
