Since our items are sourced directly from Asia, shipping takes a bit longer than local delivery. We appreciate your patience as your crystal makes its journey to you.

We are pleased to offer shipping to over 50 countries worldwide. Below are the estimated delivery times for our standard shipping lines.

3. Processing Time

• Please allow 1-3 business days for us to cleanse, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

5. Customs & Duties

• 🇺🇸 United States: We Cover All Fees! Despite recent changes to US import regulations, we value your peace of mind. We prepay all customs duties and import taxes on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. No surprises upon delivery.
• 🌍 International: For other regions (EU, UK, Canada, Australia), we also ship via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) methods whenever possible to ensure a smooth, fee-free delivery experience. In rare cases where local authorities require additional fees, we will assist you in resolving them.

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. Please contact us at support@yinyangcrystal.com within 24 hours if you need to make changes. We cannot redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

7. Delivery Guarantee / Lost Packages

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at support@yinyangcrystal.com. We’ll either resend a new one to you or give you a full refund.

1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Our primary goal is to process your order quickly and perfectly. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us at support@yinyangcrystal.com as soon as possible. 

Please note: Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make any changes.

2. 30-Day Return Guarantee

We understand that choosing personal crystal items online can be difficult. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them.

 Items must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exclusion: Damage caused by daily wear and tear or improper use is not covered by this policy.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gift cards
• Personalized / Custom-made items
• Sale items (Special Offers)

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 30 days) at support@yinyangcrystal.com with photos or videos of the issue.

Our Promise: If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement. 

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact us first at support@yinyangcrystal.com.

Important: Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs: Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs and extra service fees (e.g., gift wrapping) are non-refundable.

6. Refunds & Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company first. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
